尼克細胞生醫事業於2013年投入「自體免疫醫學」研究領域，結合產官學的共同研究與努力，促進相關立法的程序，終於2018年9月國家衛福部正式通過「再生醫療製劑管制條例」開啟「自體免疫細胞治療」醫學元年，目前全球只有烏克蘭與台灣通過立法，這是國人值得驕傲與慶幸的喜事。

從1960年代加拿大學者發現幹細胞至今，科學家們透過無數的研究，慢慢將幹細胞的神秘面紗給揭開。2011至2014連續4年，以及2018、2019年細胞治療獲得諾貝爾醫學獎的肯定，呼應哈佛大學知名生物學家George Q. Daley醫師曾說過的「若20世紀是藥物治療的時代，那21世紀將會是細胞治療時代。

國內外對於牙幹細胞的未來應用潛力大多抱持肯定態度。尼克細胞生醫也跟上國際腳步並且秉持著『防患於未然』的理念，開始提供牙幹細胞儲存服務，保留未來應用的機會。
